Everyone's time is valuable, including mine. Your hair appointment is reserved especially for you and while I understand that sometimes unexpected events come up I respectfully ask that a 48-hour advance notice is given for all cancellations. Please understand that forgetting to cancel or not giving enough time when canceling an appointment, I miss the opportunity to allow another client to reserve that time. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service and a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment. Same day cancellations (24 Hours) and No-show appointments are subject to a fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service.
